Alrighty, friends! The February edition of Free Pattern Faves is here and it’s featuring one of my favorite Fall/Winter wardrobe staples:

It is not a lie to say that most of my handmade wardrobe is made up of patterns from this dynamite duo! In my experience, all of In the Folds’ patterns that I’ve tried out are well written, easy to understand and just plain awesome. Her silhouettes are fun and fit right in with my style. Plus, you can download an A0 version of these patterns if printing through a print shop is more your vibe (It’s mine now! Goodbye taping together tiny sheets of paper for what feels like forever!).

If you’ve been thinking about trying your hand at making your own pants, I highly recommend giving these a go! I know all of our bodies are different, but I’ll just put it out there— I didn’t have to make any adjustments to this pattern. Try them out, they’re amazing.

I sewed these up in a Robert Kaufman stretch twill that I snagged from my LYS, Freeman’s Creative.
