BROKEN AND POURED: STUDY #1

$245.00
sold out

Dimensions: 20 in. x 15 in. Can be displayed in additional variations that take up more or less space.

Materials: Reclaimed wool and cotton yarns, copper tubing, suede.

Mounted on two 1 ½ inch thick birch frames allows this versatile work to be hung on the wall or stand freely on a decorative surface in your space.

“What does it look like to break ourselves open and pour ourselves out for the healing of these people in this time in this place?” - Rob Bell and Don Golden, 2008

“Broken and Poured: Study #1” is the first in my growing body of work “New Humanity.” Inspired by phrases and concepts in my most recent read Jesus Wants to Save Christians by Rob Bell and Don Golden, this work is the reminder to myself to lead a life where I choose to break myself open and pour myself out for the healing of the world.
