Shipping

Fulfillment and shipping times are dependent on what type of work you order. Artworks made on-demand (like my Knot Sculptures) usually take 7-10 business days for the knots to be made, packed, and shipped. Ready-to-ship artworks are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Most artworks shipping within the United States are shipped via USPS or Fedex and fall within their standard Ground Delivery window of 3-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Artwork can be shipped outside of the United States. Please reach out to me to chat about coordinating the ordering and shipping of an artwork. International orders usually send via Fedex unless otherwise requested.

Commissioned artworks are made and shipped within the time agreed upon when confirming your Commission Agreement.

Return Policy
Though my hope is that you love the artwork that you order, I understand if circumstances change. Artwork can be returned within 14 days once the order is received by you. Shipping costs are not included in the return. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging and not appear to be obstructed, damaged or changed in any way. Once your return in received back to me, a refund for the cost of the artwork will be issued. If the work appears to be clearly obstructed, damaged, or changed in any way outside of what may happen in transit you will receive a partial refund for your return.
